Reviews and Ratings
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. On the bright side, the rooms were spotless and very clean, which was crucial for me, especially traveling with a toddler. However, the rooms were disappointingly small and didn't match the stunning view I expected from the pictures. Despite the size issue, the hotel's service was exceptional, staff were always attentive and accommodating, making my stay truly pleasant. The location couldn't have been better, steps away from the iconic Eiffel Tower and surrounded by great dining options. On the downside, the dining experience left much to be desired, not living up to the price paid. Overall, it's a decent option, but improvements could make it a top choice.
The hotel is in an excellent location near the Eiffel Tower and Trocadero, offering gorgeous rooms with stunning views. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, making the stay outstanding. However, the dining options may not quite match up to the hotel's standard.
The hotel is in a great location near the Champs Elysee, a perfect spot just steps away from many restaurants, shops, and the Eiffel Tower. The rooms are a bit tired for the price point and do not offer views of the Eiffel, differing from what's advertised. The service was excellent, with attentive staff and helpful recommendations. The dining experience could be improved, and the lobby area was not appealing. Despite some shortcomings, the convenience of the location and the exceptional service made the stay enjoyable.
Staying at the Eiffel Tower Suite with the view of the Eiffel Tower from our room was a mixed experience. The room was clean and spacious, yet we expected a slightly more luxurious touch considering the impressive hotel lobby. The kitchenette and laundromat were convenient amenities, but the booking process could have been smoother.
The hotel had some drawbacks like ineffective and smelly rooms that were excessively warm, especially at night. However, the rooms featured a separate bath tub and shower. Unfortunately, they were located above the noisy restaurant bar that played loud music into the wee hours of the morning.
The hotel rooms were very comfortable and clean, spacious, and well-decorated, located on the 2nd floor. The service staff were pleasant and helpful but occasionally inexperienced in handling administrative tasks. The location is superb, with easy access to tourist spots, local bars, restaurants, and key sights. The dining options were somewhat lacking in variety and seemed expensive. Overall, the facilities were convenient and well-maintained.
The hotel's location near the Eiffel Tower and other attractions is excellent, offering convenience to explore the city easily. However, the rooms had a persistent mold and cigarette smell, affecting the overall comfort. The service was professional and accommodating, making the stay enjoyable overall.
